A distinguished alumna of Toronto’s esteemed Humber College, she earned her Class P1 License in 2021, marking the inception of her legal journey at a reputable plaintiff-side law firm specialized in personal injury. Subsequently, she honed her skills at one of the personal injury industry’s leading defense firms, acquiring invaluable insight into insurance practices.
Recognized for her empathy, tenacity, and dedication, Elham has been advocating for accident victims since 2020. Her tenure at a defense firm provided her with firsthand knowledge of insurance company operations. However, it was her representation of accident victims that resonated with her on a personal level, prompting her to shift her focus. This led to the establishment of Sepid Legal Services Professional Corporation, dedicated to championing the rights of injured individuals and their families.
Elham’s extensive experience on both sides of the legal spectrum has uniquely positioned her as an expert in Personal Injury. Her deep understanding of the insurance claim process and insurer practices sets her apart, ensuring her clients receive unparalleled representation. Additionally, Elham holds a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Salford University in the UK, with merits. She is fluent in English and Persian, and has intermediate proficiency in German, acquired through research studies in education in Munich, Germany, further enriching her international perspective.
